In stillness we can listen to our hearts, find clarity, find healing and listen to God’s Spirit within us. In stillness we find refreshment and renewal.

Through my own journey into stillness I’ve been able to let go of a lot of baggage from the past. That has allowed me to trust God, myself and others. Letting go has brought me to a place of living life with joy and flow. Now I help others do the same.
